Proposals for Iceland is a book documenting the collaboration between Pierre d’Avoine Architects and Daniel Olafsson Arcitect, on four architectural competitions in Iceland between 2015 and 2017. The competition briefs and sites were widely different, ranging from a new mosque for the Icelandic muslim community in Reykjavik to the visitor centre at Hengifossa in rural Iceland, the refurbishment and extension to the Swimminghall in Isafjorour and new student accommodation at Iceland University.
